臂丛神经阻滞手法松解联合中药治疗肩关节周围炎临床研究

Clinical Curative Effect Observation of Brachial Block Manuduction to Release Periarthritis of Shoulder

目的:探讨应用臂丛神经阻滞手法松解联合中药热敷治疗肩关节周围炎的临床疗效。方法:将189例患者按随机数字表法分为对照组89例,治疗组100例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组给予臂丛神经阻滞手法松解联合中药热敷。结果:对照组优良率为50.56%,治疗组优良率为92.00%,两组优良率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:臂丛神经阻滞手法松解联合中药热敷治疗肩周炎临床疗效确切。

Objective：To study the clinical curative effect of brachial block manuduction to release periarthritis of shoulder.Methods：189 patients were diveided into control group（n=89）and treatment group（n=100）according to random digits table.The control group was given conventional treatment and the treatment group was given comprehensive treatment.Results：The fineness rate was 50.56% in control group and 92.00% in treatment group,compared the two groups there was significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：Brachial block manuduction to release periarthritis of shoulder has definite clinical curative effect definite to promote function recovery and reduce pain.
