摘要
根据汽车油泵支架的形状特点,分析了压铸件的成形工艺,设计了模具的浇注系统,根据所选压铸机计算了成形零件尺寸,并完成了模具结构设计。经模具的总装和过程模拟,设计的模具结构合理,可满足压铸工艺的要求。
According to the structure of holder for auto oil pump, the forming process of casting was analyzed, and the gating system of die was designed. Based on selected die casting machine, the dimensions of forming parts were calculated, and the structure of die was improved. The final assembly of die and process simulation shows that the die has rational construction, which can meet the requirements of die casting process.
