无碳发热保温覆盖剂的应用

摘要 分析并选择了覆盖剂用发热及保温等材料,对覆盖剂的增碳情况、保温性能及热值进行了试验。结果表明,具有发热和保温双重作用的无碳覆盖剂不会增碳,能满足低碳钢件和超低碳钢件的工艺要求,可有效减少铸件中的缩孔、疏松缺陷,提高铸件的品质和出品率。 The exothermic and insulating materials for covering flux were analyzed and selected. The carburizing status, thermal insulation property and calorific value of the covering flux were tested. The results show that the carbon-free covering flux with exothermic and insulating effects has no increasing carbon content, which can meet the process requirements of low carbon and extra low carbon steel castings. The shrinkage and porosity defects are reduced effectively, and the casting quality and product yield is improved.
