根据铸件的使用条件、化学成分和结构特点，分析了离心法铸造万能轧机立辊的铸造工艺，介绍了生产过程中工装、熔炼和浇注的具体操作，并制定了相应的热处理工艺。生产实践表明，立辊的生产工艺充分结合了现有条件，可操作性强。

According to service conditions, chemical composition and structural features, the casting process of vertical roll of universal mill with centrifugal casting was analyzed. The specific operations of craft equipment, melting and pouring in production process were presented, and the related heat treatment process was established. The production practice shows that the production technology of vertical roll is fully combined with the existing conditions, which is stronger operability.
