摘要
对低压砂型铸造原理进行了详细描述,分析了制芯温度、砂芯温度和缸套温度随环境温度的变化,找出影响缸体毛坯质量的关键因素。通过可行的解决措施,有效减少了铸件冲砂、砂眼、缩松及缝隙等缺陷。
The principle of low pressure sand casting was described in detail. The core making temperature, core temperature and cylinder liner temperature with ambient temperature change were analyzed, and the key factors to affect quality of cylinder block rough castings were found out. By means of the feasible measures, the casting defects, such as erosion, sand inclusion, dispersed shrinkage and the gap between liner and body are reduced effectively.
