大型肩胛环高铬铸铁件的防变形工艺

摘要 为解决肩胛环高铬铸铁件变形的难题,其产生原因,提出了设置防变形拉筋的措施,产出变形量在5mm以内的大型肩胛环铸件。针对铸件的结构特点分析了原铸造工艺的缺陷及改进了开箱工艺和热处理装炉方式。 To solve the difficult problem for the distortion of large shoulder ring high chromium iron castings, the defects of original casting process and their reasons were analyzed based on casting structural features. The measure to set stiffening rib was presented, and the opening process and the feeding method of heat treatment was improved. Thus the large shoulder ring castings with less than 5 mm deformation are produced successfully.
