D-二聚体检测及临床意义分析

Detection of serum D-dimer and its clinical significance

目的了解各种临床疾病血浆D-二聚体(D-D)含量及其异常情况在各种疾病中的分布。方法利用STAGO全自动血凝分析仪采用乳胶增强免疫透射比浊法对860例常见疾病患者进行D-二聚体检测,大于0.50mg/L为异常。结果 D-二聚体含量异常脑梗死占32.6%、肺栓塞占24.4%、外科手术占14.4%、肾病综合征占8.1%、肝硬化占5.8%、妊娠高血压综合征占5.8%、恶性肿瘤占5.4%、其他占3.9%。结论心脑血管疾病患者血浆D-二聚体含量明显升高,异常比例最高,为32.6%。动态观察患者体内的D-二聚体水平变化对血栓性疾病患者的临床用药及预后判断有一定实用价值。

Objective To understand the serum D-dimer levels of all kinds of clinical diseases and the abnormalities distributions among those diseases.Methods serum D-dimer levels of 860 case were detected by latex agglutination,the serum D-dimer level exceed 0.5 mg/L would be considered abnormality.Results Positive rate of brain infarction,pulmonary embolism,surgical procedures,nephrotic syndrome,cirrhosis of liver,pregnancy-induced hypertension syndrome,malignant tumor groups were 32.6%,24.4%,14.4%,8.1%,5.8%,5.8%,5.4% respectively,and the other was 3.9%.Conclusion Level of serum D-dimer may increase obviously in patients with thrombus,the abnormality rate of serum D-dimer is highest.So it has the application value of observing the serum D-dimer level in patients with thrombus dynamically.
