两种常用方法测定血浆纤维蛋白原的临床评价

Clinical evaluation of two common methods for determination of plasma fibrinogen

目的探讨两种常用方法测定血浆纤维蛋白原(FIB)的临床应用价值。方法抽取659例患者空腹静脉血,在Sysmex-510全自动血凝仪上用Von Clauss法和PT-der法分别测定Fg值,进行统计分析。结果总体及A、B、C 3组各组内两种方法测定的FIB值比较,差异有统计学意义(t总=-9.519,tA=-6.820,tB=-14.512,tC=-5.496,P<0.01)。结论 Von Clauss法优于PT-der法,各临床实验室应淘汰PT-der法,把clauss法作为测定Fg含量的常规检测方法。

Objective To investigate the two common methods for determination of the clinical value of plasma fibrinogen.Methods Selected 659 patients for fasting blood,in sysmex-510 automatic coagulation analyzer FIB values were determined using the Von Clauss method and PT-der method,for statistical analysis.Results FIB values of the two methods results overall and A,B,C,three sets of each group,there was statistically significant difference total（t总=9.519,tA=-6.820,tB=-14.512,tC=-5.496,P0.01）.Conclusion Von Clauss method is superior to the PT-der method,each clinical laboratory should be the elimination of the PT-der method,the method Von Clauss as the conventional detection method for determination of levels of FIB.
