同时性结直肠癌肝转移手术时机的选择(附39例)

The opportunity of operation for synchronous liver metastasis from colorectal cancer (39 cases)

目的探讨同时性结直肠癌肝转移手术时机的选择。方法对2001年1月至2005年12月期间39例同时性结直肠癌肝转移可行手术治疗的患者按手术时机进行分组,对其临床资料进行总结和分析。结果同时性结直肠癌肝转移同期手术切除组与二期手术切除组比较,手术时间、并发症、围术期死亡率、术后1年、3年和5年生存率方面两组间均无统计学差异(P>0.05),术中出血、住院时间、治疗费用方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同时性结直肠癌肝转同期手术切除优于二期手术切除。

Objective To explore the opportunity of operation for synchronous liver metastasis from eolorectal cancer. Methods Records of 39 patients with synchronous liver metastasis from coloreetal cancer, treated with operation from Jan. 2001 to Dec. 2005 in An＇ yang Tumor Hospital were reviewed. Results Pa- tients undergoing simultaneous resections were found to experience similar operative time, complications, mor- tality and overall survival rate （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Intra-operative blood loss, a shorter hospital stay and a lower ex- pense （P 〈 0.01 ） were observed in the simultaneous resections group. Conclusion Synchronous liver and colorectal resection is preferred for synchronous liver metas tas is from coloreetal cancer.
