全国各省级药监部门违法药品广告监管专栏设置实况研究

The research about the column for supervision on illegal drug advertisements in deferent provinces

目的加强违法药品广告的监管,规范药品广告市场。方法主要通过对全国31个省级药监部门政府门户网站就违法药品广告监管专栏建设状况进行分析、对比,以了解各省对违法药品广告监管的重视程度。结果通过调查发现,全国过多半数的省份没有设置违法药品广告监管专栏,有监管专栏的,其所包含的信息量也不丰富。结论全国大多数省份对违法药品广告的监管不重视。为加强违法药品广告的监管,各省级药监部门应在门户网中设置监管专栏,并尽可能丰富专栏信息量。

Objective To strengthen the supervision of illegal drug advertisement. Methods The colunto for supervision on illegal drug ads were compared between 31 provincial food and drug administrations. Resuits The column for supervision on illegal drug ads were not established in most of provincial food and drug administrations. And more, the information contained in the Column is very limited now. Conclusion Most provinces pay no attention on the illegal drug ads supervision. To strengthen the supervision of illegal drug ad- vertisement, the column for supervision should be established in every provinces, and more information should be included in the column.
