老年急性肾衰竭病因及血液净化临床疗效研究

The cause of elderly patients with acute renal failure and blood purification clinical efficacy studies

目的探讨老年急性肾衰竭(ARF)的病因及血液净化的临床疗效分析。方法从2010年10月至今,对123例老年急性肾衰竭患者的就诊资料做回顾性分析。结果老年ARF的具体发病原因,肾脏血流供量不足及心脑血管疾病占34.15%;感染占30.08%;肾毒性药物占21.14%;尿路梗阻占9%;其他占6%。老年急性肾衰竭患者的病因以肾前性为主,共83例;肾后性最少,共15例;肾性占20.33%。净化组取得明显的临床疗效。结论对老年ARF患者进行血液净化治疗是降低老年人ARF的发病率和死亡率的重要措施。

[ Abstract] Objective To investigate elderly patients with acute renal failure etiology and blood purifi- cation clinical efficacy analysis. Methods To do a retrospective analysis from October 2010 to the present 123 patients. Results Renal blood flow for insufficient and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, accounting for 34. 15% , infections accounted for 30. 08%, nephrotoxic drugs accounted for 21.14% , urinary tract ob- struction accounted for 9%, accounted for 6%. The cause of elderly patients prerenal of 83 cases, least postre- nal of 15 cases, renal accounted for 20. 33%. Conclusion Blood purification treatment is an important measure to reduce morbidity and mortality.
