摘要
目的观察华蟾素注射液局部注射加眼部用药治疗表层结节性巩膜炎的疗效。方法将确诊为结节性表层巩膜炎的患者18例(18只眼),用华蟾素注射液1mL结膜下隔日注射1次,5次为1个疗程,配合眼局部用药。结果全部患者治愈8例,好转10例。结论华蟾素注射液局部注射配合眼局部用药,治疗结节性表层巩膜炎疗效确切,比单纯局部用药治愈率高,复发率低。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of local injection and ocular medication of Cinobufacini in the treatment of surface nodular episcleritis. Methods Eighteen eyes of 18 patients with confirmed nodular episcleritis were given subconjunctival injection of 1 mL Cinobufacini every other day, with five times as a treatment course. Patients were also given topical ocular medication. Results Eight cases were cured and 10 cases improved. Conclusion Local injection and topical ocular medication of Cinobufacini have demonstrated efficacy in the treatment of nodular episcleritis. It shows higher cure rate and lower recurrence rate than ocular topical medication.
