猪皮敷料与呋喃西林油纱在小面积Ⅱ度烧伤换药中的效果分析

Effect of Pigskin dressing and Nitrofurazone oil gauze on changing dressing of small area Ⅱ degree burns

目的探讨猪皮敷料与呋喃西林油纱在小面积Ⅱ度烧伤换药中的效果。方法分析本院收治的小面积Ⅱ度烧伤患者临床资料,依据换药敷料不同分为猪皮辅料组30例和呋喃西林油纱组30例。结果猪皮辅料组Ⅱ度烧伤患者疼痛程度分级、创面粘连分级明显优于呋喃西林油纱组,同时猪皮辅料组临床治疗总有效率明显高于呋喃西林油纱组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论猪皮敷料在小面积Ⅱ度烧伤换药中的效果明显,预后良好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the effect of Pigskin dressing and Nitrofurazone oil gauze on changing dressing of the small area Ⅱ degree burns. Methods The clinical data of small area burns patients in our hospital were analyzed, and all patients were divided into two groups according to different change dressings, the Pigskin dressing group and the Nitrofurazone oil gauze group, and each group had 30 cases. Results Pigskin dressing group patients withⅡdegree burns were significantly better than the Nitrofurazone oil gauze group in gradings of pain degree and wound adhesion, at the same time, the clinical total effective rate of treatment in the Pigskin dressing group was significantly higher than that of the Nitrofurazone oil gauze group, and the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）. Conclusion The effect on changing dressing of Pigskin dressing in the small area Ⅱ degree burns is obvious, and the prognosis is good, it is worthy of clinical application.
