中西医结合治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆临床观察

Clinical observation of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treatment of intractable post-stroke hiccup

目的观察中西医结合治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆的临床疗效。方法将60例脑卒中后顽固性呃逆患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组各30例,对照组足三里穴位注射甲氧氯普胺注射液(胃复安),治疗组在此基础上给予瓜蒂汤口服。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组总有效率为73.3%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论瓜蒂汤加穴位注射甲氧氯普胺治疗脑卒中后顽固性呃逆疗效更好。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated Chinese and western medicine in treatment of intractable post-stroke hiccup. Methods Sixty cases with intractable post-stroke hiccup were divided into two groups randomly, with 30 cases in each group. Control group was given point injection with metoclopramide in Zusanli acupoint, while treatment group was taken Guadi decoction on the basis of control group. Results The total effective rate was 96.7% in treatment and 73.3% in control group. The curative effect of treatment group was superior to control group （P 0.05）. Conclusion The therapy of Guadi decoction and point injection with metoclopramide has a better effect in the treatment of intractable post-stroke hiccup.
