摘要
目的观察经验调经汤随证加减方案治疗月经不调的临床效果。方法抽取104例月经不调患者,将其分为对照组和治疗组,平均每组52例。对照组患者采用常规西药进行治疗,治疗组患者采用经验调经汤随证加减方案进行治疗。结果治疗组患者月经不调症状治疗效果明显优于对照组,月经恢复正常时间和接受治疗时间明显短于对照组。结论经验调经汤随证加减方案治疗月经不调患者临床效果非常明显。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of using the program of experiential menstrual regulation decoction and modification according to symptoms in the treatment of abnormal menstruation. Methods One hundred and four cases of patients with abnormal menstruation were extracted and divided into control group and treatment group, each of which had 52 cases on average. Patients in the control group were treated by regular western medicines, and patients in the treatment group were treated with the program of experiential menstrual regulation decoction and modification according to symptoms. Results The treatment effect of abnormal menstruation symptom in the treatment group was obviously better than that in the control group, normal menstruation recovery time and treatment receiving time of the control group were shorter than those in the control group. Conclusion The program of experiential menstrual regulation decoction and modification according to symptoms has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of abnormal menstruation.
