桃红四物汤加减在扁平疣治疗中的价值研究

Study on the value of revised Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of verruca plana

目的探讨桃红四物汤加减在扁平疣治疗中的价值。方法选取2009年9月～2012年2月于本院采用桃红四物汤加减方进行治疗的38例扁平疣患者为观察组,同期采用西药进行治疗的38例患者为对照组,将两组患者的治疗总有效率及治疗前后的外周血T淋巴细胞亚群进行比较。结果观察组治疗1个疗程和2个疗程后的总有效率均高于对照组,而治疗后外周血T淋巴细胞亚群改善幅度大于对照组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论桃红四物汤加减在扁平疣治疗中的价值较高。

Objective To study the value of revised Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of verruca plana. Methods Thirty eight patients with verruca plana who were treated with revised Taohong Siwu decoction in our hospital from September 2009 to February 2012 were selected as observation group, and 38 patients with verruca plana who were treated with western medicine at the same period were selected as control group. Then the total effective rate and peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets before and after the treatment of two groups were compared. Results The 1 course and 2 courses total effective rates of observation group were both higher than those of control group, improvement range of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subsets after the treatment were better than those indexes of control group at the same period, the differences were statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The value of revised Taohong Siwu decoction in the treatment of verruca plana is high.
