目的总结16层螺旋CT增强扫描的护理方法,提高CT增强扫描的成功率。方法对行CT增强扫描的患者在检查前、检查中以及检查后进行护理,并观察检查后的不良反应。结果本组5867例患者中,5863例顺利完成检查,成功率为99.9%,4例失败。5867例患者中,有62例轻度变态反应,对症处理后缓解。结论 CT增强扫描中的护理是获得成功的关键。

Objective To summarize the nursing methods of contrast-enhanced 16-slice spiral CT and improve the success rate of enhanced CT scan. Methods The patients with enhanced CT scan were given the nursing before the examination, on the examination, and after the examination, and the adverse reactions care were observed. Results There were 5 867 cases of patients in this group, the examination was completed smoothly in 5 863 cases, the success rate was 99.9%, 4 cases were failed. Among the 5 867 patients, 62 patients with mild allergic reactions and they were relieved with symptomatic treatment. Conclusion The nursing of contrast-enhanced CT scan is the key to success.
