持续负压引流术护理并发症原因分析与对策研究

The reason analysis and countermeasures study on nursing complication of continuous negative pressure drainage

目的探讨持续负压引流术护理并发症的原因及护理对策。方法选择40例患者进行本研究的护理干预,如:预防引流管堵塞、创面疼痛、创面出血以及创面感染等,并与40例进行常规心理护理、饮食指导、健康教育等患者比较两组护理并发症发生情况。结果观察组发生创面感染、创面出血、引流管堵塞的比例低于对照组(P<0.05),两组发生创面疼痛的比例差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论有效的护理干预措施能降低持续负压引流引起的并发症,提高治疗效果,值得临床重视。

Objective To discuss the reason and nursing measures of nursing complication of continuous negative pressure drainage. Methods Forty cases of patients were given the nursing intervention, such as nursing care for prevention of drainage tube clogging, wound pain, wound bleeding and wound infection, and the other 40 cases were given the routine psychological care, such as diet guidance, health education, then the occurrence condition of nursing complications was compared between the two groups. Results The observation group with occurrence of wound infection, wound bleeding, and the drainage tube clogging ratio were lower than that of control group （P 0.05）, the difference of wound pain ratio in two groups was not statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion The effective nursing interventions can reduce the complications of continuous negative pressure drainage and improve the therapeutic effect, so it is worthy of clinical attention.
