单静脉双通道肠外营养供给方法的效果探讨

The effect exploration of parenteral nutrition supply via a single venous dual-channel

目的比较外周静脉单静脉单通道与单静脉双通道肠外营养的供给方法与效果。方法选择2010年1～11月58例进行单静脉单通道肠外营养的住院患者作为对照组,2011年1～11月65例进行单静脉双通道肠外营养住院患者作为研究组,对两组出现的问题逐项记录,并进行回顾性分析。结果研究组和对照组在常见问题方面的比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论单静脉双通道肠外营养简单、方便、有效,可显著降低静滴过程中可能出现的不良反应,减轻了患者的痛苦,增加了患者的舒适度,给临床护理带来方便、快捷,提高了工作效率,具有现实指导意义。

Objective To compare the parenteral nutrition supply approaches and effects of single/dual-channel in peripheral single vein. Methods Fifty-eight cases of patients admitted into our hospital from January 2010 to November 2010 who were given parenteral nutrition supply by a single venous single-channel as control group; fifty-eight cases of patients admitted into our hospital from January 2011 to November 2011 who were given parenteral nutrition supply via a single venous dual-channel as research group. The problems appeared in two groups were recorded and analyzed retrospectively. Results After compared the frequently occurred problems in both groups, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.01）. Conclusion The parenteral nutrition supply via a single venous dual-channel is simple, convenience and effective, which obviously decreases adverse reaction in the process of intravenous drip. It has some advantages of alleviating patient＇s suffering, increasing comfort for patient, making clinical nursing easy and fast, and improving work efficiency, which has a guiding significance in reality.
