心理干预对乳腺癌手术患者的影响

The effects of psychological intervention on patients with breast cancer

目的探讨心理干预对乳腺癌手术患者心理的影响。方法将80例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上采用心理护理,观察两组患者的配合治疗程度和焦虑程度。结果观察组配合治疗程度和焦虑程度明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论心理干预能促进乳腺癌手术患者的康复,值得临床推广。

Objective To discuss the effects of psychological intervention on the psychological of patients with breast cancer. Methods Eighty cases of patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group included 40 cases, control group were nursed with routine care only, observation group were nursed with both routine care and psychological intervention. The coordinating treatment level and anxiety level were observed in each group. Results The coordinating treatment level and anxiety level of observation group were better than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant （P 0.05）. Conclusion Psychological intervention can promote the rehabilitation of patients with breast cancer and is worth of clinical widespread promotion.
