某院2011年抗菌药物应用情况分析

The application analysis of the antimicrobial agents in a hospital in 2011

目的分析本院2011年上半年及下半年抗菌药物的使用情况,考查开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后的成效,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法采用回顾性方法,分别对2011年上半年及下半年抗菌药物的销售金额、品种数、用药频度(DDDs)和日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果抗菌药物品种及抗菌药物销售金额占药品总金额的比例均下降,头孢菌素类在销售份额中占主导地位。结论开展抗菌药物临床应用专项整治活动后,提高了本院抗菌药物应用结构的合理性,有效遏制细菌耐药,但仍存在不合理的使用,应进一步加强监管。

Objective To analyze the application of antimicrobial agents during the first half and the second half of 2011 in our hospital, research the effectiveness to carry out the clinical use of antibiotics special rectification activities, and to provide a reference for clinical rational drug use. Methods Retrospective method were used in this study, the consumption sum, number of varieties, defined daily dose （DDDs） and defined daily cost （DDC） of antimicrobial agents during the first half and the second half of 2011 were added up and analyzed. Results The number of varieties and consumption sum of antimicrobial agents accounted for the proportion of the total amount of drugs were decreased, cephalosporins had an obvious dominance in the share of sales. Conclusion Carrying out the clinical use of antimicrobial agents special rectification activities can improve the reasonableness of the application structure of antimicrobial agents in our hospital, can effectively kept within limits of bacterial resistance, but there is still unreasonable use, should further strengthen the regulatory.
