阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect on Atorvastatin joint Danhong Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris

目的观察在常规治疗的基础上阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法将不稳定型心绞痛患者60例随机分为治疗组30例和对照组30例,均给予肠溶阿司匹林、依那普利、美托洛尔和单硝酸异山梨酯等药物常规治疗。对照组在常规治疗的基础上加阿托伐他汀20 mg口服,每晚1次。治疗组在对照组的基础上再给予生理盐水250 mL加丹红注射液30 mL,静脉点滴,每日1次;两组均连续治疗14 d。观察两组心绞痛症状、心电图变化和临床疗效以及治疗前后血脂、血清C反应蛋白(CRP)变化。结果阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效优于对照组,治疗组心绞痛发作频率及持续时间明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组心电图总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);两组的血脂水平、CRP浓度治疗前后均有变化,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论阿托伐他汀联合丹红注射液能明显改善不稳定型心绞痛临床症状,比单用阿托伐他汀治疗效果佳。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Atorvastatin joint Danhong Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris in based on the conventional treatments.Methods 60 cases of unstable angina patients were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in test group and 30 cases in control group.All the patients took Aspirin,Enalapril,Metoprolol and nitrate drugs as conventional treatment;based on the conventional treatment,the control group was given Atorvastatin 20 mg once a night.On the base of the therapy of control group,Danhong Injection（30 mL） was used to test group once in a day.The treatment durations in both groups were 2 weeks.Two groups of angina symptoms,electrocardiogram changes and clinical curative effect were observed,and the serous C-reactive protein and lipid were monitored before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total effectiveness of test group was significantly higher than the control group,heart attacks frequency and duration were reduced significantly,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05）;the total electrocardiogram effective rate in treatment group was higher than the control group（P 0.05）;the two groups of lipid levels,CRP levels were changed before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant（P 0.05,P 0.01）.Conclusion The curative effect of Atorvastatin joint Danhong Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris is obviously superior to Atorvastatin alone.
