参肽茶多酚胶囊配方优化研究

Research on recipe optimization of Shentai Tea Polyphenols Capsule

目的确定参肽茶多酚胶囊辅料的最佳配方用量。方法以淀粉、胶态二氧化硅、硬脂酸镁为考察因素,每个因素取3个水平,用L9(34)正交表安排试验,以粉体流动性为考察指标,进行正交试验。结果每1 000粒参肽茶多酚胶囊配方中添加淀粉130 g、胶态二氧化硅3 g、硬脂酸镁3 g时,粉体流动性最好。结论本研究配方合理,适于放大生产。

Objective To determine the excipients′optimal recipe dosage of Shentai Tea Polyphenol Capsule.Methods Starch,colloidal silicon dioxide,magnesium stearate with three levels for each factor were observed and tested for flowability of powders in L9（34） orthogonal table.Results In the recipe of every 1 000 Shentai Tea Polyphenol Capsules,only when the dosages of starch,colloidal silicon dioxide,and magnesium stearate in sequence were 130 g,3 g,and 3 g,the flowability of powders was best.Conclusion Rational recipe is suitable for expanding production.
