贵州省执业药师执业现状及对策研究

Study of present situation and countermeasure of licensed pharmacists in Guizhou Province

目的了解贵州省执业药师队伍执业现状,探讨影响因素,并提出相应的策略措施,以提高行业整体服务水平。方法通过问卷调查、实地调研和访谈等多种形式,获取相关数据,了解存在的问题。结果 2010年贵州省注册的执业药师中本科学历最多占47%,继续教育人次数为952人次,贵阳市首次和再次注册数最多占39%和59%。结论贵州省执业药师整体素质及执业水平有待加强,同时应积极采取措施解决执业药师地区分布不均的问题。

Objective To know the quality of licensed pharmacists in Guizhou Province,and explore the affecting factors and to propose feasible measures to improve the whole level of service industry.Methods Data were acquired through questionnaire survey,field survey and symposium to know the existing problems.Results In the licensed pharmacists,bachelor′s degree were the majority with the rate of 47% and the person-time of further education was 952 in 2010,the licensed pharmacists for the first time and again registered in Guiyang were most accounted for 39% and 59%.Conclusion The quality of licensed pharmacists in Guizhou Province should be improved and the problem of uneven distribution of licensed pharmacists in different areas also should be solved.
