摘要
目的探讨运动训练联合感觉统合训练对中枢协调障碍患儿智能发育的影响,旨在为针对性对中枢协调障碍患儿采取干预措施提供参考依据。方法应用随机数字表法将2010年1月~2012年1月在周口市妇幼保健院治疗的78例中枢协调障碍患儿分为A组和B组,A组患儿仅给予运动疗法,而B组患儿则同时给予运动疗法和感觉统合训练,采用自编问卷调查和Gesell量表测试分别于入组时和干预6个月后对患儿进行测评,比较两组患儿智能发育情况。结果干预6个月后,B组患儿治疗总有效率和Gesell测试评分均明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运动训练联合感觉统合训练能够改善中枢协调障碍患儿智能发育,提高治疗的临床疗效,值得进一步推广。
Objective To investigate the intellectual development of children with central coordination disorder by sports training and sensory integration treatment to provide reference for a standard intervention measures on it.Methods The clinical data of seventy-eight children with central coordination disorder who were treated in our hospital from January 2010 to January were collected,then children were divided into the control group and observation group by using a random number table,children in the control group were given sports training,but children in the observation group were given sensory integration treatment and sports training,they were surveyed with questionnaire including self-made general questionnaire and gesell scale test at the beginning and six months after intervention,the clinical efficacy and gesell test 5 ratings of children with central coordination disorder was evaluated.Results Six months after intervention,the total efficient rate and gesell test 5 ratings was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P 0.05).Conclusion Sports training and sensory integration treatment can improve intellectual development and obtain satisfactory curative effect for children with central coordination disorder,and it is worthy of clinical application.
