护理干预对老年普外手术患者症状及自我效能影响的研究

Study of effects of nursing intervention on symptoms and self-efficacy in elderly patients underwent general surgery

目的探讨循证护理对老年普外手术患者症状与自我效能的影响。方法选择我院普外老年手术患者80例,根据护理方法不同分为观察组与对照组,各40例。对照组采用传统的临床护理模式,观察组患者采用积极的循证护理。比较两组护理后患者自我效能感评分及护理满意度。结果护理后观察组患者的自我效能感总分和各维度分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组的HAMA与HAMD评分明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后观察组患者的MPOC-56总分和各维度分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论循证护理是一个综合的护理管理方案,能够提高老年普外手术患者的自我效能感与满意度,缓解焦虑抑郁情绪,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effects of evidence-based nursing on symptoms and self-efficacy in elderly patients underwent general surgery.Methods 80 elderly patients underwent general surgery in our hospital were selected and equally divided into the observation group and the control group according to the different nursing methods.The control group was given the traditional clinical nursing model,the observation group was given the positively evidence-based nursing.After nursing the self-efficacy scores and nursing satisfaction of patients in the two groups were compared.Results After nursing the total self-efficacy score and dimension scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）;the HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group（P 0.05）,the MPOC-56 total score and dimension scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P 0.05）.Conclusion Evidence-based nursing is a comprehensive care management program,it can improve the self-efficacy and satisfaction,alleviate anxiety and depression of elderly patients underwent general surgery.It is worthy of clinical application.
