腔内修复治疗胸主动脉瘤围术期护理中的相关风险因素分析及对策

Analysis of risk factors and countermeasure on perioperative nursing in endovascular repair in the treatment of thoracic aortic aneurysm

目的探讨腔内修复术(endovascular repair,EVR)治疗胸主动脉瘤(thoracic aortic aneurysm,TAA)围术期护理中的相关风险因素分析及对策。方法对我科应用EVR治疗的340例TAA患者的临床护理资料进行回顾性分析,总结围术期护理中的相关风险因素,并探讨应对措施。结果 EVR治疗TAA围术期护理中的风险相关因素有:疼痛、高血压、体位不适、便秘、心理因素、内漏、创口渗血、神经系统并发症、感染。结论 EVR治疗TAA围术期护理工作者一定要针对工作中的每一个细节做到细心、体贴、操作严谨,树立护理的风险意识,以应付临床中出现的突发事件,确保患者的生命安全。

Objective To analyze the risk factors and explore the countermeasures on perioperative nursing in endovascular repair（EVR） for thoracic aortic aneurysm（TAA）.Methods The 340 cases were made a retrospective analysis,who were diagnosed as TAA and were successfully treated in EVR.The risk factors on perioperative nursing were summarized,and countermeasures were discussed.Results The perioperative nursing risk factors on EVR of TAA were pain,high blood pressure,body position discomfort,constipation,psychological factors,endoleak,incision blooding,nervous system complications and infection.Conclusion Nursing workers must do careful and considerate every detail on TAA according to the working on perioperative in EVR,operation is rigorous,set up nursing risk consciousness to cope with clinical appeared in emergencies in order to ensure life safety of patients.
