摘要
目的了解2011—2012年厦门市部分市售食品中添加合成甜味剂的情况。方法参照国家标准,采用气相色谱和高效液相色谱进行检测。结果所采集的厦门市市售食品58份的合成甜味剂(环已基氨基磺酸钠、糖精钠和安赛蜜)监测的总合格率为91.4%。其中环己基氨基磺酸钠检出率较高,为24.1%;安赛蜜合格率较低,为91.4%。果冻样品的合格率较低,为71.4%。结论厦门市部分市售食品中合成甜味剂的监测结果总体不错,但还要加强企业自律和加强相关部门的监管。
[Objective]To understand the situation of synthetic sweeteners added in some foods of Xiamen markets in 2011.[Methods]The samples were determined by gas chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography based on the national standards.[Results]The total qualified rate for synthetic sweeteners(sodium cyclamate,saccharin sodium and acesulfame potassium) in 58 food samples from Xiamen markets was 91.4%.The detectable rate of sodium cyclamate was 24.1%,which was higher than others.The qualified rate of acesulfame potassium was the lowest(91.4%).The qualified rate of jelly sample was 71.4%,which was the lowest.[Conclusion]The situation of synthetic sweeteners added in some foods of Xiamen markets is satisfactory.However,the enterprises should improve self-discipline,and related departments should strengthen supervision.
