Disinfection quality of nurseries and kindergartens in Wuzhong District of Suzhou City from 2009-2011

目的了解吴中区托幼机构消毒卫生现状,分析存在的问题,为托幼机构卫生管理工作提供科学依据。方法依据卫生部消毒技术规范和江苏省托幼机构消毒卫生标准,对全区26家托幼机构2009—2011年的监测采样结果进行评价和分析。结果共采集样本644份,合格551份,合格率为85.6%。餐具合格率最高,工作人员手合格率最低。城乡托幼机构消毒质量间的差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论吴中区托幼机构合格率不高,应不断加强对托幼机构消毒卫生质量监督管理。

[Objective]To understand the disinfection status of nurseries and kindergartens in Wuzhong District,analyze the existing problems,provide the scientific basis for health management of nurseries and kindergartens.[Methods]According to the Disinfection Technical Specifications（Ministry of Health） and the Disinfection Standard in Nurseries and Kindergartens（Jiangsu Province）,the monitoring data of 26 nurseries and kindergartens in Wuzhong District during 2009-2011 was analyzed and evaluated.[Results]Among 644 samples,551 were qualified with the qualified rate of 85.6%.The qualified rate of tableware was the highest,while the qualified rate of staff hands was the lowest.The difference in disinfection quality between urban and rural nurseries and kindergartens was statistically significant（P0.01）.[Conclusion]The qualified rate of disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens is low in Wuzhong District,so it is necessary to strengthen the supervision and management for disinfection quality in nurseries and kindergartens.
