要在激光加工机上打出给定孔径的超小孔 (孔径 0 .4～ 0 .1 mm) ,并且符合一定的技术指标 (如打孔精度、表面特性和稳定性等 ) ,可以通过限定激光加工机的工艺参数 (如聚焦参数和激光辐射参数等 )来实现。

To drill super pore (0 1~0 4mm) with laser machining machinery in accordance with certain technical requirements (such as drilling precision, surface property, stability and etc), some technical parameters of laser machining machinery (such as focusing parameters, laser radiation parameters and etc) should be restricted.This paper discusses problems about the effect of the technical parameters of laser machining machinery for super pore and optimal technical parameters.
