摘要
目的研究中成药中血竭的检验标准。方法分别采用薄层色谱法和高效液相色谱法对制剂中的血竭进行鉴别和含量测定。结果对处方中含血竭的4种中成药15个厂家共计21批进行检验,有7批未检出血竭,同一品种中血竭的含量最大相差8倍以上。结论中成药中血竭的质量控制标准有待完善。
Objective To explore the inspection standard of Dragon＇s blood in the traditional Chinese patent medicine.Methods TLC and HPLC methods were respectively used to identify and determine Dragon＇s blood in the preparations.Results Through the inspection of four species of traditional Chinese patent medicine containing Dragon＇s blood,in a total of 21 batches from 15 manufacturers,7 batches were found to have no Dragon＇s blood,and the content of the Dragon＇s blood in the same species had a maximum difference of more than 8 times.Conclusion The quality control standard of Dragon＇s blood in the preparations needs to be improved.
