摘要
目的概括HFC-134a及其主要的10种杂质的毒副作用,为国内药用HFC-134a的研究提供参考。方法通过查阅大量文献,总结HFC-134a及其主要杂质在生物体内外的毒副作用。结果与结论HFC-134a有较好的安全性,可以用于生产非吸入型及吸入型气雾剂。
Objective To generalize the toxicity and side effects of HFC-134a and its major impurities,so as to provide a reference for research of HFC-134a in China.Methods Toxicity and side effects of HFC-134a and its main impurities were evaluated both in vivo and in vitro by summarizing a great quantity of literatures.Results and Conclusion HFC-134a can be used in non inhaled and inhaled aerosols safely.
