利多卡因凝胶经肛门注入对减轻小儿细菌性痢疾直肠刺激症状的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的观察利多卡因凝胶经肛门注入对减轻小儿细菌性痢疾直肠刺激症状的疗效。方法选择急性细菌性痢疾患儿160例,随机分为治疗组及对照组各80例,两组患儿在给予环丙沙星静脉点滴及对症等治疗的基础上,治疗组加用2%盐酸利多卡因凝胶经肛门注入,观察两组患儿疗效并进行比较。结果治疗组总有效率87.50%,对照组总有效率42.50%,经χ2检验,P<0.01,差异有统计学意义。治疗组直肠刺激症状消失时间、退热时间、止泻时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组,经t检验,差异有统计学意义,P均<0.01。结论利多卡因凝胶经肛门注入对减轻小儿细菌性痢疾直肠刺激症状,疗效好,无不良反应。 Objective To observe the clinical curative effects of lidocaine gel injected through the anus in alleviation of children bacillary dysentery irritative symptoms of rectum.Methods A total of 160 children with acute bacillary dysentery were randomly divided into treatment group(n=80) and control group(n=80).After both groups received ciprofloxacin intravenous infusion and expectant treatment,the treatment group received 2% lidocaine gel injection through the anus,and then therapeutic efficacy of the two groups was observed and compared.Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 87.50%,which was 42.50% in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(by χ2 test,P0.01).The treatment group's time of the disappearance of irritative symptoms of rectum,antipyretic,antidiarrheal and hospitalization was significant shorter than the control group(by t test,all P0.01).Conclusion The lidocaine gel injection through the anus was effective in the treatment of children bacillary dysentery irritative symptoms of rectum,no adverse reaction was observed.
