摘要
目的评价小儿湿疹凝胶剂临床应用疗效。方法将120例湿疹患儿随机分为2组,分别使用小儿湿疹凝胶及皮炎平软膏,一日二次。7d后观察,比较总有效率。结果使用小儿湿疹凝胶组总有效率为97.0%,显著高于使用皮炎平组总有效率79.4%(P<0.01)。结论小儿湿疹凝胶剂治疗小儿湿疹安全、有效。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of infantile eczema gel.Methods A total of 120 child patients with eczema were randomly divided into 2 groups,and administered with either infantile eczema gel or dermatitis ointment two times a day.Total efficiency was compared 7 d after the treatment.Results Total effective rate of pediatric eczema gel group was 97.0%,which was significantly higher than the dermatitis group（79.4%）（P0.01）.Conclusion The pediatric eczema gel is safe and effective in the treatment of infantile eczema in child patients.
