利用光线追迹法计算展宽器结构参数对色散量的影响 被引量:1

摘要 利用光线追迹法,对一种常用光栅展宽器的色散量进行了计算,数值分析了展宽器各组成部分的相对位置改变对二阶色散及产生像差的影响,为展宽器各元件的精确调节提供了依据. In this paper, we calculate the dispersion of a general grating pair stretcher by ray-tracing method. With the result we analyze the influence of relative position of stretcher on second-order dispersion and aberration. The dispersion calculation can be the basis of stretcher adjusting.
