摘要
本文报道用最小偏向角和固定入射角相结合的方法测量NGAB晶体的折射率no和ne,计算其相位匹配角,给出色散方程以及no和ne温度系数的测量结果.用LD泵浦3mm×3mm×5mm的NGAB晶体,实现1.06μm到0.53μm的自信频转换,输出5mW以上的绿色倍频激光,光─光转换效率约0.5%;基频激光1.064μm;输出为214mW;光─光转换效率为26%.
NGAB crystal index no, ne at some specifical warelengths and its temperature coefficient, which are measured with the combination of minimum deviation and fixed incident angle, are reported. The crystal dispersion equation is given, and its phase-matching angle at the wavelength 1.064 μm is calculated. More than 5 mW of the output power at 0.53μm is obtained from a NGAB crystal with volume 3 mm×3 mm×5 mm, pumped by LD, its light-light conversion efficiency is 0.5%,and the output at 1.064μm is 214 mW, the conversion efficiency is 26%.
