根据项目组合管理理论,结合行业发展现状,对房地产企业项目组合管理总体战略流程进行设计,构建相应的管理体系及分解层次的战术执行流程,旨在弥补房地产企业因人事变动、人才流失等造成的管理技术损失,使企业的管理执行过程更规范化和程序化。同时,对房地产企业项目组合管理中的资源合理配置、战略统筹兼顾等提出具体建议。

According to the theories of project portfolio management and the status quo of real estate industry,this paper designs the overall strategy processes of project portfolio management and builds up the management system and the tactical execution procedures by decomposition,which is aim at making up the management techniques＇ loss,resulted by personnel changes and brain drain in these companies,and making the management more normative and programmatic during the execution of operations.At the same time,this essay gives some concrete proposals to the rational allocation of resources and strategic integration for these processes.
