Introduction of Australian "Green Star" Evaluation System about Green Building

建立完善的绿色建筑评估体系,是一个国家推行绿色建筑的重要基础。"绿色之星"(Green Star)评价体系在澳大利亚促进可持续发展方面发挥了重要作用。将澳大利亚"绿色之星"评价体系介绍到中国,对其发展概况、评估流程、指标体系、评分规则、等级评定及体系特点进行阐述。最后指出其对我国完善绿色建筑评级体系和发展绿色建筑的借鉴意义。

To establish a perfect green building evaluation system is an important foundation for a country to push the green building construction vigorously.Australia is in the forefront of building energy efficiency.However,domestic scholars are not familiar with Australian green building rating system.In this paper,Green Star of Australia is introduced to China for the first time.It states the overview of its development,the evaluation process,the index system,the rating rules and characteristics of this system.Green Star in Australia plays an important role in promoting sustainable development and the promotion of green buildings.Finally,it indicates the referential significance for China to perfect green building rating system and develop green buildings.
