摘要
从绿色住宅开发因素、政策体制因素和市场因素等方面,分析目前我国推行绿色住宅存在的问题,阐释在推进绿色住宅发展进程中,政府、企业、消费者等市场主体应发挥的作用。
Analyzes the existing problems about the implementation of green residence in China,in the perspective of development factor,policy system factor and market factor,etc.And explains the role that government,enterprises, consumers and market related subject should play,during the development process of green residence implementation.
