摘要
综合考虑设备安装及更新,能源价格上涨,集热器集热率和管道损失率变化,使用过程中的维修、清理、保温、运行,更换设备时的残值以及拆除费用等因素,建立太阳能热水系统在建筑全寿命期的经济性评价模型,并用案例对所建模型进行分析验证。结果表明,太阳能热水系统在建筑全寿命期内是经济可行的。
Establishes an economic benefit evaluation model of the solar water heating systems in the whole life cycle of building,which comprehensively considers the factors of the equipment installation and update,rising energy prices, the changes in the collector rate and pipeline loss rate,the costs in the process of repairs,cleaning,insulation, operating expenses,the replacement of equipment salvage value,the cost of removing,and so on.Then,verifies it by empirical analysis.The conclusions show that the solar water heating systems during the whole life cycle of buildings is economically feasible.
