摘要
报道了用 LD双向抽运 Nd:YVO4晶体 ,KTP作腔内倍频的大功率绿光激光器。通过对大功率抽运情况下所产生的热透镜效应进行分析和估算 ,优化了热稳腔参数 ,获得了较稳定的功率输出。在抽运功率为 2 8W时 ,获得最大连续波绿光输出 8.8W,光 -光转换效率达 31 .5%。
A maximum of 8.8W of cw TEM 00 mode output at 532 nm has been obtained by intracavity frequency doubling with KTP in a Nd∶YVO 4 laser doubly pumped with 28 W diode pumping power. The optical optical conversion efficiency is 31.5%. The influence of thermal lensing at high pumping power in the end pumped Nd∶YVO 4 laser is discussed. The Nd∶YVO 4 laser has good power stability.
