摘要
以 2 mg/ kg剂量的血卟啉衍生物 (Hp D)对 4 3例患者进行荧光诊断 ,其中 35例为肿瘤患者 ,8例为非肿瘤患者。以光学多道分析仪 (OMA)系统记录和分析荧光光谱。数据经归一化处理 ,肿瘤患者的标本荧光强度平均值为 1.18± 0 .13,而非肿瘤患者标本的平均值为 1.0 0± 0 .0 6 ,以前者下限 1.0 5为标准诊断肿瘤 ,其阳性率为 91.4 %。
patients were received fluorescent diagnosis induced by small dose of hematoporphyrin (2 mg/kg). 35 of them were cancered. The rest were non cancered. By recording and analyzing the spectrum of fluorescence with optical multichannel analyser (OMA), managing the data, it was found that the fluorescence intensitics were 1 18±0 13 for cancered patients, 1 00±0 06 for non cancered patients. Using the floor level of the formar 1.05 as tumor diagnosis criterion, the positive rate was 91 4%.
