摘要
针对该车间存在的扬尘及废气污染问题,对其通风除尘及净化系统进行了改造,采取了设置排风罩收集粉尘、车间设全面通风、采用吸附-催化燃烧法处理有机废气等措施。实际运行结果表明,采用吸附-催化燃烧法处理大风量、低浓度的有机废气具有高效率、节能、无二次污染、运行费用低等特点。
To solve the problems of dust and exhaust pollution existed in the workshop,reforms its dust removal and purification system,adopting measures of setting capturing hood to collect dust,adding general ventilation in the workshop,using adsorption and catalytic combustion method to treat the organic waste gas.Operation results show that the adsorption and catalytic combustion method has the characteristics of high efficiency,saving energy,no secondary pollution and low operation costs in treating the organic waste gas with large volume and low concentration.
