摘要
箱形基础具有刚度大、抗震性能好以及能承受较大弯矩等优点,因此具有良好的改造空间。通过合理的加固处理,其内部空间可以得到充分利用。结合一个实际工程,对箱形基础进行检测鉴定,分析加固重点。通过调整结构布置、增加底板厚度、加固内部墙肢等措施,将箱形基础改造成为地下车库,提升了原有房屋的品质。
Box foundation has big stiffness,good anti-seismic performance,and can bear bigger bending moment.So it has good transformation space.Through appropriate reinforcement,the interior space of box foundation can be used fully.Based on a practical engineering,testing appraisal of the box foundation was implemented,and the key measures of reinforcement were analyzed.By the reinforcement measures such as adjusting the structure layout,increasing the floor thickness,strengthening internal wall limbs,the box foundation was transformed for underground parking,and the quality of the existing building was improved.
