摘要
2012年4月8-11日，土耳其总理雷杰普·塔伊普·埃尔多安（Recep Tayyip Erdogan）对中国进行了访问。自2002年11月正义与发展党赢得土耳其议会大选以来，埃尔多安担任土耳其总理已近十年。①对于这位“个性总理”和“魅力总理”，本文在介绍其生平、政治活动和政治理念的基础上，试图进行全面的评价。
