地市级烟草商业系统科技创新项目管理研究——基于科技创新战略职能小组的设计方案

Research on the management of technology innovation project in the municipal tobacco business system ——based on the scheme of the technological innovation group of strategic functions

随着烟草行业对科技创新工作重视程度的不断加深,项目管理成为科技创新工作的重中之重。本文在分析地市级烟草商业系统科技创新工作的独特性的基础上,提出有针对性的项目管理方案,即基于科技创新战略职能小组的设计方案,并就其工作流程做了详细阐述,最后对设计方案进行评价。

With the deepening emphasis of the tobacco industry on scientific and technological innovation work,project management has become the most important task of the scientific and technological innovation.Considering the uniqueness of the technology innovation of the municipal tobacco business systems,this paper proposed targeted project management scheme,which is based on the scheme of the technological innovation group of strategic functions,and we described the workflow in detail,and finally evaluated the scheme.
