共有产权房于中低收入者的经济学分析——基于对江苏省淮安市的调研结果

Total property housing in the low-income earners' economic analysis——based on the findings of Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province

江苏省淮安市在2007年创新性地试行共有产权房,这一举动引起了国内的广泛关注,2010年全国"两会"期间,国务院发展研究中心宏观经济研究部专门组织召开了"淮安共有产权住房保障模式创新研讨会"。本文通过实地调查研究,反馈居民对此制度的满意程度和相关意见。

Huai＇an city,Jiangsu province had an innovative way to try out total property housing in 2007,it had aroused the widespread attention.During the NPC and CPPCC in 2010,Macroeconomic Research Department of the Development Research Center of the State Council,specially organized ＂Huai＇an common property housing security mode Innovation Seminar＂.This article through field research,gave the feedback of the residents＇satisfaction and relevant suggestions of this system.
