摘要
在相同入料条件下,对双欣矿业有限公司选煤厂的立式刮刀卸料离心机和卧式振动卸料离心机工艺效果进行了评定,同时对离心液中携带的次生煤泥增量作了简要对比;结果表明,前者脱水产物水分低、脱水率及脱水效率高,但离心液中次生煤泥量大,而后者则相反;选煤厂应视不同情况而选用。
Evaluation of technical performance taken at the coal preparation plant of Shuangxin Mine Industry Co.,Ltd.for vertical centrifuge with scraper discharge and horizontal centrifuge with vibration discharge under the same feeding condition;the increment of secondary slime in both centrifugal fluids also simply compared;results denoted that the former giving lower moisture content in product and higher dewater ratio and efficiency but higher content of secondary slime in centrifugal fluid,while in the later,just the opposite;a coal preparation plant must select them in accordant to different situation.
