摘要
目的:研究中药红丝线草对二甲基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝纤维化的作用。方法:用二甲基亚硝胺诱导大鼠肝纤维化模型,给予不同剂量红丝线草干预后,分别测量大鼠血清AST、ALT、HA、LN含量,肝脏常规制片并HE染色观察组织病理学改变。结果:红丝线草高、中剂量组与模型组比较,能显著降低大鼠血清AST、ALT、HA、LN含量(均P<0.05),病理形态学观察显示红丝线草高、中剂量组中大鼠肝纤维化程度明显减轻。结论:红丝线草对二甲基亚硝胺诱导的大鼠肝纤维化,具有较好的作用。
Objective: To investigate the function of Peristrophe roxburghiana(Schult) Brem on hepatic fibrosis(HF) of rats induceded by Dimethylnitrosamine(DMN).Methods: After HF rats model was successfully induceded by DMN and then intervened by different concentrations of Peristrophe roxburghiana(Schult) Brem,measuring the weight of rat,the content of AST、ALT、HA、LN in rat serum,conventional flaking of liver and observed histopathological staining change after HE dyeing. Results: The high and middle dose of Peristrophe roxburghiana(Schult) Brem can reduce content of AST、ALT、HA、LN in rat serum(P0.05) compared with model group,and also could reduce the degree of histopathological change in HF rats. Conclusion: Peristrophe roxburghiana(Schult) Brem has positive function to HF rats induced by DMN.
