电荷泵高端浮动自举式H桥功率驱动电路 被引量:9

摘要 提出了一种可以实现极低频甚至是 0 Hz下的高压 H桥功率驱动电路的电荷泵高端浮动自举电路。通过理论分析、仿真和实验 ,证实了在保证驱动器的开关速度不变的情况下 ,该电路能提供稳定的高端浮动电源。同时 ,对 H桥功率驱动电路中高端浮动自举电路的设计方法也进行了探讨。 A novel high voltage H-bridge power driver is pr esented,which is capable of operating at very low frequency,even at 0 Hz,by usin g an efficient on-chip charge pump for f loating voltage supply Theoretical analy s is,simulation and experimental results s how that the internal charge pump can pr o vide steady voltage supply on high side while maintaining switching speed of the H-bridge driver A design method of the charge pump for floating voltage supply in the H-bridge power driver is also di scussed in the paper
